The ultimate Italian long lunch to announce and celebrate the winners of the “Casella Family Brands and Leo Franco Motors” home made Salami competition for 2025. Indulge in a traditional Italian meal from Yoogali Kitchen, music from Joe Staltare’s band and special performances from guest celebrities.
Experience the wonderful atmosphere where locals and visitors from far and wide join together to eat, drink, dance, chat and enjoy traditional folk music, over a long lunch to celebrate the end of the salami making season with platters of home made salami with Italian bread and local olives, local wine, local juice, and home made crostoli for dolce all included.
