Art for Wellbeing: Nature-Inspired Workshop for High School Students
Who: High School Students, Years 7 to 12
Where: Griffith Regional Art Gallery

Looking for a creative and calming way to spend your school holidays? Join this engaging workshop and contribute to a meaningful art project that will be displayed in the Griffith Ambulatory Care Hub, helping to create a welcoming and uplifting environment for patients, families, visitors and staff.
This program supports wellbeing by encouraging mindfulness, thoughtfulness and creativity. Using acrylic paints and drawing materials, students will create their own unique artworks inspired by the beauty of nature. From blooming flowers and winding rivers to native birds and landscapes, participants will be guided to experiment with colour, texture and composition.
Through creative exploration and imagination, students will bring the natural world to life on canvas while sharing the final artworks with the community visiting the Hub.
