Celebrate International Women’s Day with a morning of movement, mindfulness and connection.
Guided by Emma of Sol Pilates and set within the inspiring surrounds of the gallery, participants will enjoy a gentle, yet energising class designed to improve balance, flexibility and core strength. Whether you’re a Pilates regular or trying it for the first time, this inclusive session is the perfect opportunity to unwind, recharge and celebrate the power of women supporting women. Following the class, stay for light refreshments and the chance to explore the exhibition Painting Home by Allis Hamilton.
What to bring: comfortable clothing, water bottle and your own mat or towel.
About Emma (Sol Pilates)
Emma is a dedicated Pilates instructor with three years of experience, delivering uplifting mat Pilates classes across Griffith and Darlington Point. Emma loves mat Pilates for its accessibility, whether you’re a beginner or more experienced, it truly caters to every level. Emma also values the wide range of benefits it offers, from building strength and improving posture to enhancing flexibility, balance and overall wellbeing.
