triple j’s One Night Stand is coming to Griffith!
Pack the car and get the group chat sorted because one of Australia’s most iconic all-ages music festivals is rolling into Griffith for one hot night on Saturday 5 September 2026. Here’s everything you need to know to plan your day.
Line-Up
Griffith will play host to One Night Stand’s incredible line-up including Ninajirachi, DMA’S, Genesis Owusu, MAY-A and Beddy Rays, plus a local triple j Unearthed competition winner still to be announced. You can keep an eye on triple j Unearthed’s Instagram for that announcement.
Location
One Night Stand 2026 will be held at Griffith Showgrounds on Walla Avenue. Griffith is the heart of the Riverina, frequently titled “Australia’s food bowl” and home to one of the country’s largest Italian-heritage populations, sister city to Treviso in Italy’s north-east. Griffith is also well known for its wineries and distinctive Walter Burley Griffin-designed street layout (the same architect behind Canberra). Home to Evonne Goolagong, Stan Grant, a heap of rugby league players and many more – Griffith has its own hidden treasures to explore while visiting for One Night Stand .

The One Night Stand kicks off from 2pm on Saturday 5 September 2026.
Tickets
One Night Stand tickets are $15 plus booking fee, available now via Oztix.
Getting There
Griffith Showgrounds sits around 2km from the town centre, so walking or cycling is a great option if you’re able, with secure, monitored bike parking available on site. If you’re being dropped off or picked up – head to Willandra Avenue, about a 700m walk from the entry.
Taxis and rideshares are limited in Griffith, so free shuttle buses will run throughout the day for anyone with a valid ticket. Buses depart every 15 minutes from 1pm, stopping at:
- Griffith Court House
- Griffith CWA Hall
- Yambil St Bus Stop
- Southside Griffith Leagues Club
- Ted Scobie Sports Oval
If you need to drive for accessibility reasons there is a limited number of paid parking spaces that will be available at the Showgrounds. These spaces must be pre-booked, and all proceeds will go to a local community group. Paid parking will be on sale closer to the event date.
If you’re rolling into One Night Stand in a party bus, a dedicated drop-off and pick-up zone will be set up for the day. Please get in touch with the triple j team directly at contacttriplej@abc.net.au to arrange details.

With One Night Stand expected to draw big crowds, accommodation in Griffith is booking out fast – so if you’re planning to stay the night, we’d recommend securing your spot as soon as possible. If Griffith is full, nearby towns are also worth considering.

Who Can Attend
One Night Stand is a proudly all-ages, alcohol and drug-free event, so everyone’s welcome, although anyone under 16 will need to attend with a guardian.
Kids 15 years and under enter through the dedicated Child + Guardian lanes and will receive a wristband, and must stay within sight of their guardian throughout the event. Children 5 years and under get a wristband for guardians to write a contact number on, so security can quickly reunite separated families if needed.
Everyone 16 years and older that is attending without a child should use the standard entry lanes, with bags ready for inspection and photo ID and ticket on hand. All lanes will have bag checks, and bags must be no bigger than an A4 sheet of paper.

One Night Stand is committed to making the event safe and inclusive for everyone, with an AUSLAN interpreter on stage, accessible parking and viewing areas, and a dedicated Accessibility Liaison team on-site to help.
