Join us to experience our family tradition of making passata!
A hands-on class all about making Italian passata from scratch, keeping traditional skills alive.
Here you will learn every step of the passata-making process from preparing the tomatoes to bottling the finished sauce, yum.
You will also try your hand at the art of hand rolled pasta with our pastaio Ben, which we will enjoy
eating after the sauce making has finished!
$75 per person @ 4pm, includes a bottle of passata, a plate of pasta & glass of vino to finish the day.
